birdshooter > The Black-billed Magpie is seen through out the west often in small groups.  This photographed was taken at a rest stop just east of South Fork, Colorado.
birdshooter > A stop at a Highway Rest Stop on US Hwy 1 near Big Sur, California, a Yellow-billed Magpie was perched in a low branched tree.  This was a rare find for me on this day of birding.
birdshooter > This Scrub Jay was photographed in the Davis Mountains State Park.
birdshooter > The Gray Jay is also known as "Camp Robber bird".  It is a western jay that seeks out campsites for handouts.  This one landed so close I had to back up to photograph him.
