There are sandpipers, rails, bitterns, pipits, sparrows, blackbirds, herons,egrets, waterfowl, and others in this body of water. The ponds were at low levels and in need of a good rain. You will also see fly-by raptors, geese, and warblers frequent the small patch of willows.
